It has been serving Vedic culture and Vedic traditions for the last 46 years. This institute on the banks of river Ravi is the main centre of Indian culture and traditions in the present times. Maharishi Dayanand Adarsh Uch Vidyalaya is running under this institution. A small plant planted by Swami Sumedhanand Ji in 1991 has today taken the form of a huge tree. Today, students coming out of this who are bestowed with good values are serving in high positions in the state, country and even abroad. Along with education, this school gives special importance to the spiritual, cultural, physical and character development of the students along with the principle of Simple Living and High Thinking.
Swami Sumedhanand Ji was the director of this school. He always had this heartfelt desire that the students coming out of this school could once again give the nation the status of world leader with their character and could turn the tide of western civilization and materialism and spread the sacred flow of Indian civilization.
